This new station is located on Embassy Road in Islamabad and follows the success of the first station in Lahore. The new station offers many services to customers, including a charging station for electric vehicles (EVs), a modern convenience store, a service station for car repairs, and even a tyre shop. These services are designed to make the station more helpful for people who need more than just fuel. Customers have shared positive feedback about the station, saying it provides good quality service and clean facilities.
One customer commented, “Foreign investment, like Saudi Aramco, is good because it creates jobs and helps improve the quality of services here.” This shows how the station is not just about selling fuel, but also about improving the local community by creating new job opportunities.
In May 2024, Saudi Aramco took a big step in expanding its presence in Pakistan by buying a 40% share of Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd. (GO), one of the country’s largest fuel companies. This partnership will help Saudi Aramco grow its network of fuel stations and bring high-quality fuel services to even more areas in Pakistan.
This expansion is part of the larger economic relationship between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Both countries have a long history of working together, especially in trade and energy. Recently, they agreed to a $5 billion investment package, which will bring even more projects and cooperation between them.
With this new station, Saudi Aramco is showing its commitment to bringing modern energy solutions and improving Pakistan’s fuel industry.
